- Neck Support: Understanding the need to support a newborn's fragile neck muscles to prevent strain or injury.
- Avoiding Fontanelles: Learning how to safely support the baby’s head, avoiding the delicate soft spots.
- Wearing a Mask: Ensuring both safety and comfort by wearing a mask to protect against viruses and germs.
- Never Leaving a Newborn Unattended: Learning the critical rule of never leaving a newborn alone during the session.
- Correct hygiene practices, like sanitizing your hands before touching the baby but also how to prepare your working environment.
You’ll also understand the importance of maintaining a calm environment for the baby and using comfort items like pacifiers or soft blankets to soothe them.
